It is so, so good and I always get so many compliments when I make it. Sometimes I replace the pineapple with strawberries (especially at Christmas time) and then I decorate it with small candy canes around the sides or cherries. It always turns out really pretty and almost all eaten up.Charlottenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4001048742448308736.post-64622979206245991322013-12-13T22:01:59.747-06:002013-12-13T22:01:59.747-06:00oh my! this will be the perfect birthday cake for...oh my! this will be the perfect birthday cake for my mom-she turns 90 in a few weeks and we will have a big bash. Take the cake and tear in pieces, instead of cutting into<br />three layers, use the pudding/pineapple/cool whip to hold it together, and then frost with additional cool whip and coconut?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4001048742448308736.post-82094784018857058612013-08-29T20:40:30.672-05:002013-08-29T20:40:30.672-05:00Sounds good!
